Freezing weather and tips to keep your house in good shape!

1. Drip all faucets in your house.
2. Place outside freeze guards on water hydrants
3. Make sure your pool freeze guard is working or run the pump constantly
4. Have a plan to shut off the water if a leak starts. Have a meter key and wrench to turn water meter off.
5. Have neighbors check your home if you are out of town.
6. Be sure rental or vacant property has heat
